But there is something doomed to tear them apart...。致命机械消灭人类。这些毫无先兆的袭击令人们走在一起。在不断的追杀下，人类连同政府特攻初战变形战兵而首尝胜利。但无法想像的是，整个侵略部队即将从天而降！究竟人类能否再次结集起来，战胜这班变形战兵。。本剧讲述了坐落在歌舞伎町小巷里的圣真心医院，因为当地的关系，来急诊的患者大多是贫困的流浪者、外国人、牛郎、色情业小姐等，与一般医院不同，有着特殊背景的患者。就在这时，美国国籍的原军医——神秘女性，阳子·西·Freeman（小池荣子饰）突然降临。然后，在年老的叔父的医院工作的美容皮肤科医生高峰享（仲野太贺饰）遇到了她，齿轮开始转动。。
