本作は、幼少期に両親を惨殺し、双子の兄・一登を連れ去った犯人に“復讐”するためだけに生きてきた中條千里が、その犯人とされる腕に「火」の傷がある男・通称「火の男」を幼馴染の恵南や刑事の若園と探し出し、事件の真相を追い、復讐を果たそうとするクライムサスペンスドラマ。。Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。
